Above are some examples of the different stages I went through to create the final front cover of the digipak , the second from bottom is the final thing , below are the back cover and the middle page . the far left is an example of the studio photos I took before editing the cover in photoshop.
I tried to involve themes which we will be suing in our video , especially as we have changed the bands image into a more futuristic , aggressive and fashionable image.
This is the quick plan we made for the digipak , after watching a presentation on the idea of using classical art and reproducing these classical paintings into a modern style to be ironic or for a contrasting purpose .

ReplyDeleteYou have produced an excellent CD digipak cover. There is excellent and creative design skills on display - and you understand the conventions of CD digipak. The star image is reproduced well -displaying evident skills in Adobe Photoshop. You could develop the blog post with further reflection and comparison to actual media practice.
